Rebecca is a highly regarded, world class therapist with specialist skills in addiction and challenging behaviours.

As a qualified Addiction Therapist, she then went onto obtain further post graduate qualifications at Birmingham University in Integrative Counselling and London South Bank University in Addiction Counselling and Psychology.

Rebecca is also a trained cognitive behavioural therapist and is a certified relapse prevention specialist.  She has extensive experience of, and training within, working with families and family systems affected by addiction and trauma. She is  EAGALA trained in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and has witnessed the benefits of this powerful therapy in releasing unresolved trauma, allowing clients to engage in growth and change.  She has a wealth of experience of working with dual diagnosis and all aspects of addictive behaviour including eating disorders, pathological gambling, sex and love addiction, co-dependency, alcohol, drugs and other process addictions.

Rebecca is also a trained EMDR therapist and integrates this into her practice when working with complex trauma.

She is an avid believer in the importance of the therapeutic relationship and how this can positively impact the client engaging in change, and much of her work is focused around this. She is both an empathic and compassionate therapist however will provide therapeutic boundaries and safety for clients within her work.
